7、在次揉园放入发酵箱(28-30)度发20分钟(没有可用烤箱发酵跟个人烤箱来定)

8、手指沾干粉戳坑不回缩

9、然后排气揉搓长园状

14、倒扣过来放小纸托上(没有可以不用)

15、全部包完放入烤盘上,用剩下1/3蛋液抹匀表面,撒少许白芝麻

16、再次放回发酵箱二次发酵(20分钟)没有发酵箱室温发酵时间长一些哦!

17、然后送入预热160度烤箱,上下火中层烤15分钟(随时观察防烤过火)
